The 5th Erlangen Workshop on Microforming will be held Nov. 10, 2010 in Erlangen, Germany. The meeting provides a forum for industry and academia to discuss the state-of-the-art microforming technology and future trends in the field.

Past workshops covered topics such as the development of models to predict material behavior and the design of machines and tools to meet the specific requirements of microforming. Years of basic research and industrial
approaches have ushered in new solutions, industrial applications and visions.
